Recently, Guangzhou Botai Optoelectronic Equipment Co., Ltd. released a new generation of high-precision laser cutting equipment - BT-LC6000 series, which has achieved breakthroughs in multiple core technical parameters and attracted widespread attention in the industry. ​
It is reported that the BT-LC6000 series adopts independently developed dual wavelength composite laser technology, with a cutting accuracy of ± 0.01mm, which is more than 30% higher than traditional equipment. The intelligent optical path compensation system equipped on the equipment can correct the beam deviation caused by temperature changes in real time, ensuring cutting stability within 8 hours of continuous operation. In terms of material adaptability, this series is compatible with various materials ranging from 0.1mm ultra-thin metal foil to 10mm thick acrylic sheet, meeting the processing needs of multiple fields such as electronics, automotive parts, advertising decoration, etc. ​
To improve production efficiency, the BT-LC6000 is equipped with a high-speed transmission system of 120 meters per minute, coupled with an automatic loading and unloading device, resulting in a 40% increase in single shift production capacity compared to similar equipment. At the same time, the device's built-in AI visual positioning module can automatically recognize the contour of the workpiece and generate the optimal cutting path, greatly reducing manual programming time. ​
The R&D director of Botai Optoelectronics stated that this series of equipment has undergone 3 years of technical research and development, completed 2000 hours of extreme working condition testing, and applied for 5 invention patents. At present, the first batch of 20 devices have been delivered to Huawei's supply chain enterprises and automotive parts manufacturers. Feedback shows that the product qualification rate has increased to 99.7%, and customer production energy consumption has been reduced by 15%.
